CC & Stock Use

Journal Entry: Fri May 2, 2008, 4:52 PM
Yes it is true. I release most of my photographs under the Creative Commons license. As such, anyone is allowed to use them (those I release under CC that is) except for commercial use. You just have to save your version under the same license I released mine under and give me proper attribution. That way the sharing keeps on going and going, if you know what I mean.

Bradbury: This "classic Ray Bradbury" book I have, consisting of both R is for Rocket and Golden Apples of the Sun, although I also have an unmitigated passion for Fahrenheit 451.

Lewis: Out of the Silent Planet. Perelandra I think is a better book, but OTSP is pure magic

Christie: Curtain or Crooked House

You're right, they do not give enough room. I had a heck of a time boiling it down to a short list.

As to favorites, I'm afraid that is almost an equally difficult task. However, if I was forced to choose (with bamboo under my finger nails), I would say The October Country for Bradbury, Perelandra for Lewis and Ten Little Indians (And Then There Were None) for Christie.

But really, I could read anything and everything by those authors ;) I see you have Dorothy Sayers on your list, she's another favorite of mine as well.

What about you?
~Professor-Kirby:iconProfessor-Kirby: Mar 29, 2008, 7:09:58 PM
Hey, we have the same favorite writers...except I think I ran out of room before I got to Lewis or Christie. They do NOT give enough room for that question.

What do you think is your favorite book by each?
